Are you watching the Hawks? It could be my 2 favorite teams for the cup. GO FLYERS! I made a very simple and classic logo for the Wild. It is an ever green with "WILD" spelled down in each section. The jerseys look really old school. Lots of repeating lines. I used the same colors but replaced white with tan.

Los Angeles Kings

I only made one jersey for the kings. I went back to the very simple purple and gold colors. I think they should change their current colors to these. Anyway, i didn't make a logo but i think the word mark on these works pretty good. I had a logo in mind but i don't really have the technology to make it. (powerpoint). Anyway, the purple jersey includes a gold stripe going across then it turns sideways and says "KINGS". The number is where the line stops on the purple. The sleeves only include one gold line with the number over-lapping it.

I gotta be honest- I had a lot more fun with the first half of the teams i made. Don't worry, you'll know the good ones when they come along. If your disappointed so far, just wait. Ill try to get going in finish up because i have a lot more concepts that i think, are way better. But for now, just enjoy.

Vancouver Canucks

No logo for these old school jerseys. I can't take full credit for these because the team already had similar jerseys. I just added some effects to make it look maybe 10 years younger? I used the same colors for both jerseys. The dark blue and the light white. I used the color of the jersey on the "V" to spell out Vancouver.

2010 Flyers?

I'm taking a break in the Originalizing project to give you this concept. The flyers are my favorite NHL team and their not doing to bad...As many of you know, they made NHL history on Friday by beating the bruins after being down 3 games to 0. Any way, I had an idea at school and came home to make this. I thought all the uniforms on one screen would be better and i also made a black 3rd jersey. (home and away are the same). Anyone see the top chest patch i added?;)

I feel like i have a lot to post. But i guess that is a good problem to have? It is the last full week of school for me so i have some finals and projects i have to finish up on but i'll get an original post as soon as possible!

Boston Bruins

The Bruins. In i had to post these in honor of the Flyers making history. Coming back from 3-0 in the series and the score! Take that...

Any way, here is another already very original team. The colors are changed from black gold and white to brown gold and tan. Just like in the early days. The logo takes elements from others in the teams history. The hub wheel, mixed with the poor outline of a "Bruin". I just had to make 3 jerseys for this team. Brown, gold, and tan. I like the brown best. The jerseys are simple but are very fitting. Different shoulder color with another stripe. I added 2 color stripes with a different color number on the sleeves. The stripes on the bottom are the same as the ones on the sleeves. The collar changes shape to make it fit the jersey better.

New York Rangers

Here is one of the most original teams in the NHL, right now. The rangers are a very recognizable team. When you see the colors, the name, the jerseys, even the numbers you know it the Rangers. I tried to use that legacy with the original jerseys. I used a version of the shield with a American flag pattern and "NYR" across the top.The jerseys are simple and similar to what they are currently wearing. (before the Flyers knocked them out of the play-offs anyway;)) Both shoulders have one star and the sleeve stripes have stars wrapping around in the opposite color.

Carolina Hurricanes

And were off...here is my second originalized team! Below are the Hurricanes. I used the same colors but the white is a little different. Made to look older. The logo is a circle with "CH" (kinda like the Canadians logo) It as 2 hurricane flags waving on the side of the "H" and have "Speed lines" to show wind. The jerseys are the main classic part, i think. The multicolored shoulders are stretched on to the sleeves but are stopped. The sleeve stripes have "speed lines" too. On the bottom i used repeating hurricane flags on both jerseys. And to finish off the jersey i used laces on the collar.

New York Islanders

Im glad to present the first team of my originalizing project. For the Islanders logo, i used a simple anchor. On the dark jersey i spelled "NEW YORK" going down the center. But not on the light jersey. I used the same color and elements from the current jerseys. The should patch with the blue white and orange lines are similar to the pattern on the sleeves and shoulders. I was really repetitive with the lines to make it look even more retro.

Originalizing The NHL

Here is the official introduction of Enforced logos next project! I am making original or old-school jerseys AND logos for every team in the NHL. I have 1,2, or 3 jerseys for every team and one or to logos. I only did jersey and logos and did not include pants or socks just because it is a smaller project. I used different colors for some teams but for most teams they have the colors that they are currently wearing. For white jerseys, i used either a greyish off-white or a tan retro color. For some teams i just tried to make jerseys and logos for the team if it was made 10 years earlier. Im not to comfortable making logos so most of them are simple and classic. Again, don't forget i am using power point for every part of this project. From every logo to every jersey. I will add as many teams as soon as possible and as often as possible.

Back from Canada!

Sorry about the amount of time between posts but here is just a random concept for the sens 3rd jersey.I think i will add some jerseys randomly before i start the new project. (It won't be as long between posts i promise.) Back to today: The Senators are in desperate need of a 3rd jersey as many people know. I used a black jersey with what i think is a way cooler logo. I really like the stripes i made too. I added 2 stripes on the sleeves and on the sides so the jersey didn't look to plain.

Any thoughts?
