Cheater?!

Today we have a picture, not so much about hockey jerseys. This reader sent a picture from last years playoffs. It looks a lot like Crosby is handing money to the referee. I'm going to let you draw your own conclusions, but it sure looks like it...look in his left hand!

USA Jerseys

Sorry for all the posts about Team USA, but hey, they beat Canada. Today I bring you two jerseys the team could wear in the next games.

First home, blue jerseys. On the bottom I added red and white stripes to make it feel patriotic. I like it.

Rebranding Expectations

Most of our readers are probably wondering what to expect from our upcoming project, Rebranding the NHL. I'm here for all of your answers!

For every NHL team, I have attempted to make the changes they need for the best. The logos could be the same, but some I have completely remade logos, colors, or both. I have also worked to make better uniforms and jersey for every NHL team. I have made new jerseys for every NHL team. These include a home, away, and in most situations a 3rd/alternate uniform. I have been very exited to start posting this project that is scheduled to start on March 1st.

SCHEDULE

I will add the first teams logos and jerseys on March first. I will add the last team before the end of March. In other words, the project will start and end in March. I will be adding the teams in opposite alphabetical order, starting with Washington and ending with the Ducks. I do this so in months to come, you can simply click March on the right side bar, and the rebranding project will be in correct alphabetic order.

USA!

To congratulate the USA Olympic team, I have a possible USA logo. It was a great game for both teams, but a better outcome for us! This is just a quick put together I did after the game. I used a retro shield made into the flag with USA across. Anthony has sent us more work! Be expecting some more art from him soon! March 1st!

Team USA Jersey

On Saturday, Eric and I were talking about Olympic jerseys and the possibility of doing a project to rebrand them. I'm finishing rebranding the NHL, so I don't have much time. I did, however, go through my files and found this jersey I made a while back. It works to celebrate the Olympics and President's Day. I might work on a few Olympic jerseys once I finish the NHL rebrand (I only have like 3 teams left) and I still want to add an Illinois University jersey before the end of February.

President's Day

Happy President's Day! I'm sure you noticed the title I added last night for Valentine's Day (don't worry it will be removed shortly). Today I added a logo I created just for this holiday! In honor of Obama's second President's Day as a president, I used a logo based on some of his campaign posters. I hope you like today's post. Thanks for being so patient, don't worry, the rebranding will be posted first thing on March 1st, stay tuned!

I'm sure all of our readers remember Anthony who has contributed to our sight with four previous jerseys. We got an email from him with this genius word mark for Enforced Logos. He used different teams logos to spell out our name.

Flyers

Sorry about posting all these Flyers concepts. They're my favorite team, what can I say. Anyway, last season before the Flyers unveiled their 3rd jerseys, I thought they might look like this. Last season the flyers wore these at home and these away. Judging from that, I made an orange version.


You also probably realized the shortage of posts. I apologize, but don't worry, more are on the way. I am close to finishing a current project, rebranding the NHL, and I should post them by March 1st. More details will come when we get close to the project.

Canucks Concept

Some people don't like the retro jerseys the Canucks used. (literal "V" necks) I love them. Very thought through and creative. I don't, however, like the colors on that jersey. With this jersey sent from VanB, he used the modern colors with a throw back jersey. Not bad at all.

Chips Jersey!

Didn't want to leave you guys hanging today without a concept. I was planning on adding a Colts and a Saints hockey jersey, but I haven't been feeling great lately. Maybe I'll get around to that later. I was able to get up and find this email. One reader, who wants to remain nameless, sent me and Eric this concept of my fantasy team, the Chips. It looks pretty good, he said he also uses PowerPoint. Great job!

Anthony Art II

First, today our great artist Anthony brings us a great Sabres Jersey. With Buffalo, he used a different approach. He used the old crossed sword logo and it looks awesome on the new colors!


Next we have Anthony's Sharks jerseys. He used the logo the team is currently using on their pants. It loooks really good on the orange jersey.

Anthony Art I

Today we have some art from Anthony. We have talked a few times on facebook and he sent us 4 jerseys. Today I have two I would like to show you.

First we have the Capitals. In his own words, Anthony said he "wanted to add a more patriotic twist to the teams uniforms". Personally, I love it. Many people like the weagle. Who doesn't? Anyway, a red, white, and blue version of this logo looks awesome!


Next up, we have the Thrashers. Anthony used a baby blue, with the team's old logo which is a bird forming a T. I like them. Everyone knows the team has a color over load, Antony helped the cause by having less colors. Good job.

Wilderness

Remember yesterday when I said the states that need teams are Vegas and WISCONSIN? Well, today I have a Wisconsin concept for you. I say Dallas doesn't need a team. The club should move back to Minnesota and become the North Stars again. With this, the Wild should move to Wisconsin and become the Wisconsin Wilderness as you see below.

Chips

About six months ago, I started a few fantasy hockey teams. I made about 3-4 logos for each team. None of them are very good, but I think I need some posts. I'll add one today and see how it goes. I have about 100 teams, so more than enough. This is not a new project, just some new posts. (Remember, I'm using power point)

Today I have the Vegas Chips. I think if a state was to get a new NHL team, it should be Wisconsin or Nevada (Las Vegas). I used purple and gold. The first logo is a poker chip. The word mark logo is a "Welcome to Vegas" stereo type sign. And the dice would work as a good shoulder/secondary logo.
