This concept is from Frank. He got it to me on Facebook. He is a big time Penguins fan and is disappointed the team is losing the baby blue 3rds next season. He used black, baby blue, and a gold outline. I like it. He asked me if i could make a better quality one, so I plan on getting that up by the end of the day. I will make a few changes, but this is still Frank's art.
